lol. Machine is running Bullguard antivirus and it had flagged up a Trojan.Agent.AGGO around the time that his machine stopped connecting to the internet. This is a wired connection. thankyou so much and please could you reply whenever u can thanks again so much I thought I had to buy another internet cheerz again lol thanks and reply if u i think the prob is that the connection is setup for only one device and that others cant use the same connec (ip address etc). It would use your laptop as a router for your PS3, and in the process it would slow down your laptop a decent amount and limit the amount of bandwidth available
