There is no workflow on my EPT which makes the error message much more confusing. o ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed (24006) - The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_MSP_EpmTaskBaseline_ProjectUID_TaskUID". After some research I've identified that in the MSP_Assignments table of the published schema there was an orphan entry (related to no task). AleemZ -- I have run into this error message a couple of times with Project Server 2010 and was able to resolve the situation by using the Save for Sharing feature
